Question about Goldstar Heating & Cooling
the problem of your air condition can be view from two point
1).power problem and(wire)
2).overload from the capacitor(thermostat power distributor)
what you are to do to solve either of the two problem of your air condition put of the system for some time that is disconnect the wire connected to the main power supply, after some time put on to see it respond solve but if this fail then it then mean that the thermostat will need to look in to
The way out to replace the thermostat unscrew the screws trace the wire down to the compressor it is black in color it look like a put the thermostat is connected to it but note this as you are tracing the wire down to the compressor then note if there is any form of wire or born wire if there is replace the loose or born wire but if non then you will need to replace the thermostat.
