The bobbin case will fit in easily when you have it in the correct position; the bobbin part in to the front, turn slightly to the left then push down. look at the manual, they are easily found on line if you have lost it. you need to take the metal plate off first by removing the screw, which is how you get the case out in the first place

Why is the hand wheel so tights

It shouldn't be too tight. Clean out and remove the bobbin/bobbin case. Now, try to turn it. Does it turn any better? If it does turn easily without the bobbin case and bobbin installed you know the bobbin case was out of adjustment.
To adjust the bobbin case reinstall the bobbin case. Slightly move the hand wheel back and forth. There should only be slight movement of the bobbin case. The bobbin case is held in place by a small piece of metal next to the bobbin case.on the lower right corner. Just make the adjustment to prevent the case from movement.
The hand wheel can also be prevented from movement due to the interior parts of the machine being filled with dried greese. If you're feel safe about this you can remove the front, back, etc and inspect for buildup. Clean it up with carburetor cleaner and a qtip. Try not to douse the plastic gears with this. Clean it thoroughtly. Put sewing machine oil on all steel against steel movement. Any plastic movement should be done with a non petrolium product like silican spray. You can move the hand wheel a great deal to observe any parts that may have movement probmems.

MY BOBBIN CASE HAS FALLEN APART AND I'M NOT SURE HOW TO PUT THE PIECES BACK TOGETHER.

Sounds like you are describing the hook. Perhaps the owner's manual would be assistance. We don't know the make/model of your machine so are really unable to help. There are some videos on YouTube that show how to install a shuttle and bobbin case, but machines differ.

Bobbin thread tangled

Try these suggestions and see if they help
1. Change the needle--use a needle that's for the fabric being sewed
2. Rethread the machine--top --make sure to use every thread guide
3. try a different bobbin--make sure bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case, & make sure the bobbin is turned the correct way in the bobbin case
4. make sure the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
5. Clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint or threads
6. Check to make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged
7. Make sure the bobbin case is correctly in the machine,, if it's a top loading bobbin you may need to have the bobbin case checked to see if it's damaged or see if the hook and hook race has a problem
8. Also could be a timing problem, and the machine would need to be checked.

I took out parts of bobbin to clean and when put them back the needle hits the metal of the bobbin case and i cant sew. it doesnt seem to be properly aligned.

Perhaps remove the bobbin case and check that you have put it back correctly. Check with the sewing machine manual to see how it is done correctly. Make sure that the top of the bobbin case is at the top of the bobbin case holder and make sure you change the needle as it will probably be dull or bent from hitting the metal of the bobbin case.

Husqvarna 2000 1974, uneven stitches

Take out the bobbin case, remove the bobbin. Using laquer thinner on a Q-tip or a thin rag, clean the center "hole" of the bobbin case. Then look at the post in the machine that the bobbin slides onto. Is there thread wrapped at the back of the post? Also clean the post with your cleaner. Once the post and the hole are clean, put a little sewing machine oil on your finger and wipe the post with it and the chattering noise of your bobbin will be gone.

Take the thread off the top of your machine, put in a new needle.
Turn your top tension to Zero and lift the presser foot, this will open the tension discs of your machine. Using a needle, scrape or clean the area between the discs. (Your needle also has a flat spot on the top of the needle, that faces the rear of your machine.) Also look for any rough edges in the hole of your presser foot or the hole in your needle plate. If there are any rough edges in the metal areas that your needle goes through, you would have poor stitching. Don't forget to put your tension dial back on the red dot before you sew.

Installing the hook and bobbin assembly.

The plastic bobbin case should sit on top of the raceway, it should slot in quite easily, once the bobbin case is in put the small metal clip at the top over to hold it in place.

Want pick up my bobbin

re-thread the top thread

when putting in the bobbin, make sure you put it in right,

hold the bobbin between you thumb and first finger of your right hand when you pull the thread with left hand it should rotate the bobbin counter clockwise.

If you run your machine all day you need to clean under the bobbin case,

Take the cover plate off, take out the bobbin case and clean under, i take a q-tip with machine oil and rub around the inside of the metal case and around the bobbin case,

replace the plastic bobbin case making sure it's in right, turn the hand wheel by hand, the case should stay still and the inside will move, the needle should not hit anything

put all back together and try again

if the bobbin turns clockwise you are going to have problems

if this helps please rate it
thanks,
good luck

Machine is very loud and jumpy

Hi,
Usually this problem occurs on machines with a front load bobbin case. If so, remove the bobbin case, the shuttle hook cover (two levers to the sides of the bobbin case area cover and shuttle hook (part the bobbin case goes on and it is ½ mooned shaped). Then clean and oil (with Q-tips and sewing machine oil NOT 3 n1 oil) the round outer area where the hook rides. No lint at all and squeaky clean. Then 3 drops of sewing machine oil in rounded groove where the shuttle hook rides. Then replace the pieces:
Replace hook:
Identify the the hook driver (still in machine), it is 1/2 moon shape. The hook is also 1/2 moon shape. If you lay the machine on its back,( it's easier). Set the hook 1/2 into the other 1/2 of the hook driver to make a circle. Then put the hook cover on (machine still on its back) with the tabs for the twist locks pointed to you. Needle gaurd on hook cover to the top of the machine. Snap the twist locks in place, replace the bobbin case and viola!

Black bobbin case

If this is the machine I think it is the bobbin case is completely round as opposed to half round. If it is half round ignore the following.
Remove the presser foot and then the two screws which hold the needle plate. Lift off the needle plate and then lift out the old bobbin case. Clean all the lint out and then insert the bobbin case so that the less round part of it is to the back and the lip around the bobbin case is resting on the lip around the hook. Turn the hand wheel a few times to be sure it is working smoothly and not binding. Replace the Needle plate , bobbin and presser foot. Insert a new needle, thread the machine, Check your tension to be sure it is working correctly, turn the hand wheel again to be sure it is picking up the thread without binding and sew.
