Follow this simple instructions:
Remove all the cartridges, clean the contact points on the cartridges and on the printer using soft brush/cotton dipped in alcohol/acetone /spirit.
While they are drying, reset your printer; Turn it off > Disconnect usb cable, power cord, inthernet cable; >remove the papers from the tray >open the back panel door (the rear door where you clear paper jam). Also turn of the main switch which the dc adapter plugged in. After keeping it Off for about 5 minutes, turn on again using only the power cord, and again leave it on for few minutes > turn it off > connect all the cables > again turn it On and keep pressing the power button while it boots up. Now you can install the cartridges.

If there's not internal problem or wrong cartridges number, then your problem will be definitely fixed.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Replacing Ink Cartridges Make sure you have a new ink cartridge before you begin. You must install new cartridges immediately after removing the old ones. Caution: Do not open ink cartridge packages until you are ready to install the ink. Cartridges are vacuum packed to maintain reliability. Note: Leave the expended cartridge installed until you have obtained a replacement, or the ink remaining in the print head nozzles may dry out. 1. Turn on your printer. 2. If an ink cartridge is expended, the error and ink lights on the control panel stay on. 3. Open the document cover, then open the ink cover. Caution: Do not remove the ink cartridge guard or you may damage the printer.24 Maintaining Your Printer 4. Press the y Stop button. If a cartridge is low or expended, the print head moves that cartridge to the replacement position to indicate that it should be replaced. The P Power light starts flashing. If two or more ink cartridges are expended, the expended cartridge at the far left moves to the replacement position. The P Power light starts flashing. If no cartridges are low or expended, the print head does not move. Note: Do not hold the y Stop button for more than three seconds, or the printer may start cleaning the print head. 5. Squeeze the tab on the cartridge and lift it up. Dispose of it carefully. Do not take the used cartridge apart or try to refill it. Warning: If ink gets on your hands, wash them thoroughly with soap and water. If ink gets into your eyes, flush them immediately with water. Insert the new ink cartridge into the holder and push it down until it clicks into place. 9. Press the y Stop button. If another cartridge is low or expended, it moves to the replacement position. Repeat steps 5 through 8 to replace any other cartridges that need to be replaced. When you press the y Stop button and no other cartridges need to be replaced, the print head moves to its home position and the printer starts priming the ink. This takes about 1 1/2 minutes.26 Maintaining Your Printer When the P Power light stops flashing and the error and ink lights go out, ink charging is finished. 10. Close the ink cover, then close the document cover. Caution: Never turn off the your Epson printer while ink is charging or you'll waste ink. How to find ink levels in hp932c printer

Print Cartridge Status The Print Cartridge Status Light flashes when one or both of your print cartridges are low on ink, improperly installed, or malfunctioning. It will also flash if you are trying to use the wrong print cartridge type. If the problem is low ink, the light will stop flashing when you open the top cover. For any other print cartridge-related problem, the Print Cartridge Status Light will continue to flash. To check the status of your print cartridges, open the printer's top cover. The yellow arrow on the print cartridge cradle aligns with one of five Print Cartridge Status icons.

How do i install new cartridges into my tx printer first time user never changed before

With the printer on but not busy (flashing light), open the scanner unit. (Lift the scanner until the bracket on the right locks.)

If the cartridges are completely expended:

Press the Stop button on the printer, the print head should move to line the expended cartridge with the empty ink mark. Press Stop again and the next empty cartridge should line up with the mark. Continue to press Stop until the print head moves to the cartridge replacement location (after noting which cartridges need to be replaced).

One cartridge at a time, shake the new cartridge 5 times before opening the package.

Remove the new cartridge from the packaging and remove the yellow tape from the cartridge. Be careful not to damage the hooks on the side of the cartridge and do not touch the green IC chip. Leave the transparent seal in place.

Squeeze the tab at the back of the cartridge you want to replace and then lift the cartridge up. Then put the new cartridge straight into that slot and press down until it clicks.

Repeat this for all empty cartridges. Then close the scanner unit and press Stop. Wait until the light stops flashing and the empty ink error light goes out. The unit will charge the ink system while the light is flashing.

If the empty ink remains flashing or is on with the print head in the home position, then a cartridge may not be properly inserted. Press Stop and then push down on the cartridges. See http://support2.epson.net/manuals/english/spc/stylustx100tx101/guide/html/ink_4.htm for pictures and images.

If the ink isn't expended, use the Ink Replacement utility in the Epson software. For Windows, this is part of Printing Preferences in the Maintenance tab. Open the Devices and Printers (slightly different name in older versions of Windows) control panel. Then right click on the printer and choose Printing Preferences.

I hope this helps.

Hpd4160 printer yellow light keeps flashing, status, "off line"

See this notice about the flashing light. Then see this article, particularly step 4. You may need to clear the print queue & restart the print spooler. Make sure you reboot your system. If that doesn't correct the issue, try a power reset as described here before uninstalling or reinstalling the printer software.
The printer uses your system memory to print from, and communication glitches do occur.
Good luck.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Hp lj 2500 flashing yellow light

The yellow-print-cartridge
light is blinking, and the
printer stops printing.
 The print cartridge is
empty or missing.
 The printer cannot
detect the print
cartridge correctly.
1. Reinsert or replace the print cartridge.
2. If the print-cartridge light is still blinking but the
Attention light is not on, turn the printer off and
then back on.
3. If the problem persists, repeat the above steps
with yellow print cartridges until the error is
resolved.
4. If the problem persists, replace the printcartridge
E-label reader, which is located on the
pressure assembly of the print-cartridge
carousel.

Flashing resume light also can mean:

1. cartridge is missing or an incorrect print cartridge is installed
2. cartridge is out of ink
3. dirty cartridge contacts
4. paper jammed

Check are cartridges firmly snapped into place and not empty. Use water to wash copper on cartridges if contacts are dirty.
