Question about Samsung WF328AA Front Load Washer
Remove the dispenser tray from the machine and clean the exit passage if plugged with washing compounds. Use a liquid detergent if you are not already doing so. If the tray looks ok, you may have excess water pressure which might be forcing more water flow than the tray can handle. Another respondent suggested turning the supply faucets down somewhat to reduce the amount of water coming into the machine. If you have your own well, the system water pressure can be turned down at the pump control (about 35 to 40 PSI is about right). Hope this helps!
