Question about Computers & Internet
Your random access memory (RAM) is faulty or badly connected. Unscrew and open the cover at the bottom of the laptop, pull two latches to the side and the ram module will tilt upwards. Remove it from the connector, wipe the connecting plates of the ram with rubber to get them shine and install back. If the problem persist, use hiren boot cd, start the GoldMem program to test the ram. If faulty, replce it. If the probem persist again then motherboard is faulty and needs replacement.
