Question about Computers & Internet
Usually a router is accessed from a browser since they all have web interface. When reset to their defaults, usually their address is 192.168.0.1
So, reset it using a pen and pressing the reset button for at least 15 seconds. Wait for the computer to get an IP address through DHCP protocol from the router. Then open a browser and type in the address field http://192.168.0.1 (check your default gateway in network adapter status, it is the same as the router address)
There should be prompt for username and password. If you don't know them, try admin/[empty], admin/admin, root/admin, root/root, [empty]/admin, [empty]/root or find the user manual for that model and find them inside.
