My camera dosent go on the last time I tried to open it it blinked several times, now it dosent want to open at all

When I turn it on the lenses open and everything looks normal but the screen stays black and says "Access" three times, then says "turn the power off and on again". It's been doing this for awhile and there doesn't seem to be any other problems with it.

This message is most likely being caused by one of 3 reasons. You might need to format your memory card, or you need to initialize the camera (instructions on how to do this should be in your camera manual). This message could also be due to a hardware failure, and if this is the case you would need to have it looked at by an authorized service center.

Try to troubleshoot the camera.
1) take the battery out of the camera
2) hold the shutter button down for thirty seconds
3) replace the battery
4) turn on
If the camera doesn't turn on you have to send it in to be taken care of. This means that there is something wrong with your internal lense. A very helpful number to call is Sony Customer service: 1 800 222 7669
They will try to help you more, and give you a place to send your camera.

My tv won't turn on anymore. The red light flashes 6 times then pauses for a couple seconds then starts flashing six times again. Just keeps doing it repeatedly

try unplugging the tv and waiting a minute and try it again if its still the same? It sounds like a Capicitor problem on the Power supply.

Error message

my camera did the same thing, lens retracts 3 or 4 times, and then proceeded with an error message "turn off and on again". I pressed the power button probably about 10 times, didn't work, so then i gave it a good smack on the top of the frame a few times while repeatedly pressing the power button and it did the trick. Hasn't gave me problems since...hope it helps

Take the battery out and turn selection switch to camera and then turn it off. Put the battery back in and its working again.
if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.
