Question about Lincoln Conveyor Oven - 1133-000-A
I am using an old Lincon Impinger 1100 gas pizza oven. It seems to work just fine, but the temperature only goes up to 598 degrees, and the pizzas are not cooking on the botom of the crusts. Are there 2 burner supplies? I can see one source of flame from one side of the stove - inside. Maybe I do not have the parts on the bootom of the stove positione correctly or, a bad bottom burner? I don't really know how the mechanics of them work, but am willing to listen.

You need 3 fingers on the top blank off 1 hole and 4 on the bottom
