I want a printer that does nothing more than print. I DO NOT WANT TO SCAN/COPY/FAX. I WANT TO PRINT ONLY

The HP Office jet 6000 is a no bells and whistles A4 inkjet, cheap and by all reports reliable, however if you are printing 250 sheets a day you are going to need to change the ink cartridge fairly reguraly. If you feel like spending a bit more I hear the HP B9180 is good and it does A3. Check them out and get back to me if you think they dont suit

Enquiry abt HP pavilion laptop price

Hi,
check the link below , for the currently shipping system at HP.
http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/series_can.do?storeName=computer_store&landing=notebooks&a1=Brand&v1=HP+Pavilion

You can get a great deal on holiday packages.
Shop by phone: 1 (866) 638-2088

If you are planning to buy a the DV6700, ie no longer shipped .. the refurbished price tag should be around 200$ not more than that .

Alternatively you can look at Dell , as they sell refurbished systems at great prices.

Scan to email

Looks like you should be able to do it. I just reviewed the following set of instructions and it didn't mention that an Exchange server was required. You should be able to do it all from the HP Director software. Here's the link:

Scanning to Email using HP Director

I don't want to assume you know how to use HP Director, so here are two links to the basics for that program:

Setting Scan To Destination with HP Director

Setting the Scan To Email Destination

That should do it for you. Good luck.
