Question about Philips GoGear HDD075/17 MP3 Player
Well i guess the device manager provided by Philips is a little bit crappy..personally, i tried several times with my device and it didnt recognize my device at all. until i tried to call the support centre, they provide me the solution. it s all abt the steps in doing the repair.
1) open device manager
2) press the vol key (mine is the vol key, i know this varies from models to models, maybe you have to check) and dont switch on the device --
