Thank you for your help and information. I did call the local drilling people and I STILL have not heard from them. It did however resolve itself. Freakish I think. Hopefully!
Oh well I guess time will tell.
    Thanks again.

This depends on the color of the water and whether it is happening with hot or cold or both. I'm assuming the water is of a brownish to red quality and may have a slight odour to it. If so then either there is iron leaching into your well water or your pipes are beginning to rust. Another possibility is if this is hot water only then there may be another mineral leaching into your water supply and this is corrected usually by changing the magnesium rod in your hot water heater to another metal type. I'm sorry I don't remember off hand what this however your local plumbing supply will know what it is. If it is this your hot water will have kind of a rotten egg smell to it. It also wouldn't be a bad idea to consult a local drilling company as they will have more knowledge about the type of water in your area and the problems people may encounter. Please remember to rank this solution as your feed back is important. Have a great day.

13 yr old dishwasher suddenly stopped working mid pre wash. Water left in bottom of machine. Power point is fine. Will not start at all now though. No lights turn on either. Is it fixable ?

If it is 13 years old, it has most likely reached its end of life--whatever the cause, something has malfunctioned. However, a service technician would probably be able to advise.

How do you drill through ceramic tile

Go to Lowes, Home Depot, Menards or reasonably good Hardware store. buy a ceramic bit. They are usually with the wood, steel and concrete bits. Small bits arent to pricy. If you need a larger hole like the on the shower pipe goes through, you will need a ceramic hole saw. Hole saws are coated with diamond chips and will probably cost $40 or more. good Luck

Ronnie asking did I drill into the water jacket when the antifreeze came out I tried to drill the bolt out but worried that I went into water jacket

I don't know year--make--model? Don't know what bolt you are trying to drill? Some bolts very well may inter water jacket. They tell you to use sealer on those bolts. I can't tell much from here.

How to repair cracks in concrete floors of house and how to make them waterproof

simply chip the conrete cracked maybe up to 3cm wide and 2-3 cm deep the whole way and clean thoroughlly with water and the best is to blow air after you wash with water to take away the loose debris then apply concrete epoxy arround the cracks with clean paint brush # 1-2 let it stay for about 30mins and you feel the epoxy is starting to set before then pour the conrete mix with fine sand that will do the trick.

Code c4-13

Before calling service technician, open following link for Rheem troubleshoot resources including error codes, Rheem chat, and possible manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Rheem-Tankless-water-heater.html

Error codes are considered start-point for troubleshooting.
Error code C4 13 is bad oxygen sensor, inadequate incoming air supply, or bad venting. Also bad PC board, or internal wiring, or temperature set too high, damaged burner parts.

Tankless require yearly maintenance to combustion chamber and burner parts.
Prescribed maintenance can correct some of the issues in error code 13.

Multiple error codes can mean different things, including bad PC board.
C2 13 might be the oxygen sensor. -0 and no operation indicates bad board, but other things might be notched into same problem like loose connections.

DONT DRILL A HOLE! It is to easy to drill through a refrigerant line and that's big problems. Water in the bottom of the unit is normal and there is usually a water slinger on the outside fan that blows the water on the condenser coil. Its good that you have checked the slope on the unit. It seems odd that both units started doing this at the same time. The water flows whereever it can from the front of the unit to the back. Probably the units are quite dirty and need cleaned. The dirt in the corners of the pans where the coils set can stop the flow of water through the pan.

My water heater doesn't have hot water for very long. It has error code c4 followed by 13. Any help I would appreciate.

13 code means you dont have enough combustable air in the room to run it try opening doors and turning a fan on and blowing it toward the unit and see if it works better, if it does you know you need to drill some holes in some walls to get some more combustion air into the room for it rule of thumb is 1 square inch per 1000 btu needed

FADING COLORS

After 13 years, the most likely cause is a tired picture tube. There are adjustments that can be made to address this, but they would be short lived. Rather than spend money on this set, put it toward a replacement. After 13 years, the set owes you nothing.
