The@ sign is not in the right place! any ideas how to fix this please?

Hi Leroy, This is an odd one. Logic says trhat it must the sign company's computer at fault if the file opens up OK elsewhere. But then - if they are a professional sign company, they should have software capable of opening any image file format del;ivered to them. What filwe format are you using?

Did the mechanic scan the computer for trouble codes? There must be codes there to give us a place to start looking for the problem.

Unplug the keyboard and restart the computer. Then plug back the keyboard make sure that you are pressing the shift key first then the # sign or the @ sign.

If issue still persist keyboard replacement is recomended.

If the light is on steady, it's most likely indicating an emission problem. If the light is flashing it's often a sign of a more serious problem. You should take your vehicle to a place like Advance Auto Parts and have them read your vehicles trouble codes. There's no charge for this at that location and it'll give you a much clearer idea of what's going on, from there on the person that checks the code can point you in the right direction of getting the problem fixed.

It sounds like the canister is not put together right.. double check that.. Also,
make sure you line up the "red lines" and snap into place.

I had the same problem, easy fix..

Yes. Logon with administrator rights and go into computer manage and expand the User folder on the left pane. After expanding the User folder, onto the right pane right click on your husband's user profile and change the password. After, sign out and have your husband sign in using the new password you just put in.

Note: please right down the password and keep it in a sage place for future reference.

Same thing happened for me, the slider switch is probably not in the right spot, just take it apart (takes a while and you need to watch the screen cause its glued on) and the touch pad is held on by a wide wire) best idea for getting it back in to place would be just opening the player near the power switch. Doing this fixed the problem for me, but mine was pretty bashed and didnt charge anyway so be CAREFUL. hope this helps.
