Update the drivers for the zd710.

Must just need to update the drivers on yours. You can download them free on their website. Once downloaded, double-click the file and it will install into your pc. Then reboot and that camera should now work on yours as well.

It's impossible to provide an answer at present as you haven't actually given any details of what error message you're getting, nor of the operating system on the pc you're using.

If you provide these essential details then I or another Expert may be able to help you.

Please note FixYa uses Experts across the entire planet and that I am based in London, England; so if you're in a different time zone please bear in mind that I may not be able to respond to your reply as quickly as you may otherwise expect.

Kodak easyshare software

Did you reinstall any of the affected software recently? That can cause this result. Basicly, the arrow pointing to the file now doesn't point directly at it in your file system any longer. Try looking in the top dropdown menus of the program for an option like 'import' (probably under 'file') and browse to the folder you want. You may be able to import the folder, or you may have to select all of the contents of the folder. Hope this helps...
