Having 32" Samsung LCD TV with half screen on the right side, another half verticle straight line from bottom to top. Just changed the control display bord, but still having the same problem.. Please help

    The lcd has been used for 1year 8 month, the dealer said better to buy new than repair. repar cost maybe 3/4 of the new price....

    its helpfull and found that the screen is the problem. i go and buy new ..........scrap this one...not going to buy samsung anymore..

The lcd cell corresponding to that particular axis is dead...try pressing the intersection point once with your finger(it may activate the dead cell)....if it doesnt works then no other go, you need to replace the entire screen...there is no use in changing the display control PCB...

Hi,I have a 46"Samsung Led TV,If i use the tv for 1-2 days i wil get some verticle lines in Center, Left&Right Side of TV. If i stop for 1-2 days thr wil be no line for 1-2days and again it wil starts

Samsung TV Screen faulty


t con board failed if its half and half. can also be a lose cable on the screen to the tcon board from the lcd screen side. Tcon is in the middle off the screen on the back.

Your panel needs replaced. Half a picture, top to bottom, provides a quick diagnostic. You panel has a Timing Control (T-Con) board failure. Watch out for part cost, it may be cheaper to replace the TV rather than repair it. I hope this helps.
