Question about HP Cameras
First save any pictures that you may have into the card ....you can actually use a card reader and directly download them ..or use the cable for that ..
After that reset the camera to the factory settings from the main menu ...and also go to storage ..choose card ..and format the card directly into the camera ..this will erase all pictures..and this is the reason for what I suggested to save the pictures..
If the camera has no physical damage this should take it back to all functions ..
