Most Asus motherboards will reset the BIOS by removing the RTC battery.
This battery is the small one that holds onto information the computer uses when it is not turned on; like what time it is (that's why they call it RTC = Real Time Clock).
The location of this battery varies from pc to pc, however, it is almost certainly on the motherboard. If you are technical enough to disassemble the machine, I can get more details for you. Basically, you remove the battery, the RTC battery and the power plug for 5 to 30 minutes, then reassemble and power up with a clear CMOS. You will have to adjust the time on the unit after this.
