Question about Washing Machines
I am having the same issue. I do know that the reason you don't see any physical provision for it to drain is because it is drained using a siphoning effect. water is put on top of the fabric softener until it reaching a point where the siphoning begins. Once the siphoning begins, the whole thing will drain out until there isn't much left (however there will always be a little water left). I know siphoning works with my drawer b/c when I take it out and fill it with water slowly until the siphoning begins, the whole thing drains out. There must be another reason why the fabric softener isn't working.
