Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Bought this and it gave me a virus. Had to have Norton delete. Now, I wish to get my money back. Order # LKYJ87EQ for $49.00

if you paid by cash, card or direct debit the put it down to experience. If you paid by paypal then contact them and lodge an application for a refund
The virus protect you have is not working as any programs loaded /downloaded are always pre-checked by the security program as soon as you start/ install or plug in
My security system asks to scan for anything that down load or install (cd's sticks or anything with a program possibility) and the screen lights up red if anything is found that may be detrimental to the computer. Only a mug over rides the advice to cancel the program immediately

How do i know if email is a scam

You know it is a scam if they are asking you to send them money. Don't do it unless you want to lose your money.

When texting someone what does it mean when it's delivered to the IPod and stays green

The color of the text indicates what device/service they use to receive the message. Blue means they are using iMessage on an Apple product to receive the message. Green means it is standard SMS on a non-Apple device. Gray is the default color for messages received from another user.

Only "blue" messages show receipt of delivery and if they have been read. Unless it says the message is not going through, it is.

I got a skype call about my computer being in danger of crashing unless i go to a web site and sign up for protection, is this a scam and how were they able to contact me by skypeing. I also got a skype...

This indeed sounds like a scam. What they will do is get you to sign up for paid protection, steal your credit card information and fraud you.

Check your profile, I would think you have an option to keep it private, otherwise I would suggest canceling your account to be on the safe side.

I have Norton Security, but I still get these annoying messages coming on my screen from Norton asking me to sign up for some security product. I'm getting browed off with Norton so stop this message...

The best thing to do is call Norton and let them know what's going on. They should be able to help you out.

That being said, I find myself hearing increasingly more negative reports about Norton. My suggestion would be to completely remove it from your system.

I use a free antivirus, and never have any problems with my computer. This is the one I use:
    http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol;1
It's completely free and has many features (automatic update and automatic scan/fix, immunization to protect your computer BEFORE you get a virus, etcetera.)

I've been using this program for years, and as I said, have never had any problems with my computer. If Norton is unable to solve your problem, or if you've simply become to fed up with them, that would definitely be my suggestion.

Hope that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

Norton Antivius subsriptions last generally for 1 year unless you buy a 2 or 3 yr plan. The best thing to do is open your Norton antivirus software it will tell you what is protected and what is not. Click on Norton account and it will have an option to renew your subscription, heres a link to make it easier
