Hi,
The cord gets hot because of the load on the unit... thses heaters pull alot of electric and the electricity going through the cord makes heat... make sure that you have it plugged directly into the outlet and do not use and extension cord... that will make it worse...
some heating of the cord is very normal...

Washer does not allow hot water to enter machine when you press the heavy duty button. Regular warm cycle or hot works fine. Replaced the water valves, main control panel.

Hi,

This is a common question we face daily. Certain washing machines allow hot water to enter only during certain cycles. Others allow hot and cold to enter intermittently. Consult your owner's manual to be absolutely sure about this. If you're sure the machine isn't working the way it used to--or should--try these tests:
Is the hot water turned on? If not, turn it on.
Is the washer getting cold water but no hot water? If so, check to see if the control panel
settings are correct.

Thanks for writing to Fixya.com and I am Aparajita. I will be assisting you today.

Suzuki gsxr 4oo ignition wiring,,,with help from guy here, many thanks, have removed ign barrel, only two wires go to this, one earth, one live, with no more wires to key.is this okay,i thought for feed in you...

The switch would not normally have earth connection. Purpose of the switch is to control power to the motorcycle. You should find one wire HOT and one NOT HOT (wire) when in the off position. Connect your accessories to the NOT HOT when off wire. The NOT HOT should become HOT with the switch in the ON position.

Did I answer your other question here today (Sunday 12-20)?

Cold is hot, hot is cold.

Switch the hoses on the inlets and see if it corrects it. If it still is out of wack then somthing may have shorted or broke on the temerature selector switch. But I would switch the inlets before doing anything

We have gravity water feed and is not filling up quick enough. Could i mix with hot water as well.So putting in a y to mix cold and hot together. Thanks Dave Williams

hi dave. actually you are supposed to fill a dishwasher with hot water only.

the long term fix for your gravity feed water system would be a shallow well pump.

please rate my answer as a fixya ,thanks
