www.smallappliance.com. you can order a new blender blade which has the white nylon teeth or you can order the coupling which is the black teeth that the jar sits on. NOTE: the black one is easy to replace, but getting the screws out of the base is the hard part.

There is no direct replacement - this unit has been designed strictly for US voltage. The only thing you can do is to buy a voltage adaptor, plug it in to the mains and your Braun in it - the only bad part about that arrangement is that you lose some mobility.
