Probably there is a short in the headlight circuit, so when you activated it, it blew the main fuse for the tractor. It's part number 26 in this diagram. Lift the hood and find the fuse. Take it to an auto parts store or radio shack and buy a pack of them. Be sure your headlights are off, install the fuse, and you should be fine for daylight mowing. If you want to find the short, pull out both headlight bulbs and see if you can turn out the switch without blowing the fuse; if this works, then it's just a shorted bulb. If it blows the fuse without bulbs in, it's the wiring -- look for a place where the insulation has rubbed off the wire. Good luck! Please rate my solution if helpful, thanks.

Riding my ttr 250 Runs fine then just dies when ded no headlight starter or anything. I wait 10 mins kick it and starts rides about 2 Mins and dies again what could it be?

Maybe trash in your carb. Take the carb off and clean every hole you can find. Put it back together and reinstall. Should work fine.

When i turn key on nothing happens , no head lights come on or anyting, battery is good.i hosed it off the other day with it running, when i turned on pto switch it died then nothing.

Headlights may not run on the battery, but rather the magneto/alternator.
Make sure all of your safeties are set: Transmission in neutral, Cutter blades set to OFF, Brakes on and locked, Rider in seat.
Then try to start.

Mower will not engage when switch for electric electric clutch is pulled up into on position

could be safety switches faulty or sticking, usally 1 under seat, and 1 by the catcher, pto toggle switch maybe faulty, if battery is low there won't be enough power for the clutch to engage. I would jump the clutch to make sure that hasn't died first cause that is the costly part.

It sounds as though you are losing power (electrical power); see if charging the battery fully allows it to run longer or if charging the battery helps.
