Question about Cell Phones
Hey! I've had the problem where I couldn't receive or send messages either, so I connected my phone to the internet (PC), went on the SE website, went to the model of my handset, then clicked on the 'update software' icon. So your phone will be updated via the internet. This process also tells you what to do step by step. My phone now works. So I guess its a software thing. Go on and try it. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. God Bless!

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
