Xbox one? If so go to settings and look at net work (or where ever your Nat type is displayed) and click the button with the word multiplayer on it (it checks the multiplayer speed) then when it's done and complete don't back out at that "complete" screen hold the following buttons LT, LB,RT,RB at one time and it will give you an accurate report of your Nat then back out and look at your Nat type if it didn't work the first time repeat. it could be what type of router are you using? Are you able to sign into the playstation network? You could try setting up a static ip address on your ps3 and setting it as a dmz server. This will open up all ports for your ps3 and should enable you to play games. It should be a workaround for upnp. If you tell me what router make and model your using i can tell you how to do this.
