Question about Pitco Frialator 35CS Deep Fryer
When i turn the fryer on it heats up then after awhile, it will cool down and then i have to turn the thermostat off and then back up to get the fryer to heat up again.
This most likly is the thermostat itself. Lately I have sen this same problem in many combi ovens hence they use the same t/stat. If you could when this problem occurs take a voltage reading on each side of the t/stat and see if voltage is present on each side if it is not present on each side then the t/stat is your problem.
Hope this helps you
