What is neptune made of

Neptune the planet, is made of ice, rock, gases and liquids. The atmosphere is 85% hydrogen, 13% helium, 2% methane. The methane absorbs red light making the atmosphere appear blue. There are trace amounts of ammonia and water ice in the atmosphere. The core is made of iron, nickle and silicates and is very hot, thousands of degrees, in fact. Beneath the atmosphere is a mantle made of liquid. That liquid is ammonia, methane and water. It is dense. The planet actually radiates twice as much heat as it receives from the sun due to the temperature at its core. Temperature of the atmosphere may be minus 218 degrees C. Thus you have atronomers referring to it as an icy planet.

Hi, I have a home work question, what does lithosphere? thanks :)

That is is the solid outer section of Earth, including the crust or rock layer on the outer layer of the planet, the oceans, and the upper solid part of the mantle. Next down is the lower mantle and the core.

How,to,stop,block,constant,vibration,in,the,appartment

Moving would be your best option. Everything on the planet vibrates due to external sources. It is called "Natural Frequency".You need to find a building that is more solid in construction and does not transmit vibration. A critical natural frequency vibration can result in total destruction.

Well, not mercury. As far as we can tell it is made of rock like our Earth, but with a high metals content, about 70%.

Can u melt gold right out of the rock

IFthere is gold in the rock to start with, you would be better off crushing the rock to dust and sieving out any gold for further processing. Gold is pretty rare on this planet, which is why it is so valuable, so the odds of finding any are slim. It is usually found in small quantities with copper and silver deposits. The Botanicare product is for removing salt from aquaculture, agriculture, and hydroponic growing medium and is useless in gold mining.

What is special futures of uranus

Uranus was the first planet to be discovered in modern history. It was actually discovered by accident in 1781 by William Herschel.
Like the other gas giants, Uranus has a very thick cloud cover and an atmosphere made up mostly of hydrogen, helium, methane, and ammonia. The trace amount of methane is what gives Uranus and its twin, Neptune, their blue color. Unlike Saturn and Jupiter, Uranus has a different internal structure.
The core of Uranus is probably composed of liquid rock. Then, farther up, the liquid rock slowly gives way to an ocean made mostly of hydrogen, helium, and water, with small amounts of ammonia and methane. This "ocean" accounts for most of Uranus's bulk. Then, the water slowly thins out into the bland, almost featureless atmosphere.
Uranus also has a system of about 11 rings - not nearly as large as Saturn's. Nine were found when Uranus passed in front of a bright star, the rings causing the star to temporarily disappear when they passed in front of it. This was the first time astronomers had detected rings around any planet other than Saturn. It was the first time, also, that astronomers had detected thin rings around any planet. The other two rings were found when Voyager 2 passed by.
Uranus also has 27 known moons, most of which little is known about.

Uranus has two main unique features. First, there is absolutely no detail in the cloud cover. Only when pushed to the maximum level of color enhancement and contrast on computers do scientists start to see small swirls in the atmosphere.
uranus_rings.jpgSecond, Uranus is the only planet rotates on its side. This produces the strangest seasons of any planet in the solar system. For 21 years, Uranus's moons are seen as one would view a dart board, with one pole facing the sun. The next 21 years Uranus has its side to the sun, and the moons move up and down across the equator. then the cycle repeats itself starting with the other pole. Scientists aren't sure why this is, but they think that a large body smashed into it with such force that it pushed the planet over.
Mythology
Uranus was named for the ancient Greek god of the heavens. When Earth was first made, Uranus was the first thing she saw, and they fell in love.

I had read a news in yahoo about sinkholes that happened in one of the house in Guatemala. I am just curious what makes a sinkhole to happen specially in Guatemala. They say it is prone there.

As you already know, our planet is made up of land and sea. Down below those lands/soil water is present. Whenever it rains, soil tends to absorb every drop of water and excessive water makes that soil soft and this would cause movement underground.

On areas wherein there are too many rocks, those rocks would fell apart and that what would make a sinkhole.

Tuning of dab radio

Planet rock is quite a small networking station and its outgoing signal is not all that good. Some personal radios simply just havent been made good enough to find a station with such low radio waves. You may just need to buy another or findout over the net the signal of planet rock or weather they've closed down or not.

Planet audio vx3002

Sorry wayne2953 but this amplifier isn't stable @ 1ohm loads. This amplifier would be better suited running a pair of 12's, 4 12" subs could run if configured correctly but the subs would be underpowered and probably not sound very good.

Features of Planet Audio VX3002:

  • Max Power (2 Ohms) : 300W x 2
  • RMS Power (4 Ohms) : 150W x 2
  • Bridged Power (4 Ohms) : 600W x 1
  • Signal-to-Noise Ratio : 102dB
  • Frequency Response : 20Hz-20kHz
  • Dimensions : 10-5/8"W x 2-7/16"H x 16"L
