Nowhere -- speakers are electro-mechanical devices -- accept electrical power and move the speaker-cone, to create air-waves which your ear interprets as sounds.
They are not electronic devices that require software and device-drivers to make them work.
Those speakers don't need drivers, they should just plug into your sound card, if you aren't getting sound it's probably a sound card problem.
Check on your computer manufacturer's website to download sound card drivers.
ok if these are the speakers im thinking of (have seen them on a pold HP pavilon computer, attached to the monitor) , than the speakers themselfs do not need drivers, as long as you have the sound card drivers your good to go

The kind of speakers usually don't effect what drivers you have to use. If you have your motherboard cd then you can install the sound drivers from that cd. And, if you still are unable to find them in the cd then please tell me the model no. of your PC(and/or model no. of the motherboard).
