Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Open the monitor, look for blown capacitors and replace them. If problem persist, test the light bulbs and the inverter. If the inverter includes ceramic capacitor, replace it. If some of the bulbs does not do the flash - replace it. Check the transistors of the inverter. Replace if faulty.
