This answer is: check the hose for water level sensors. The hose from the drum to the sensor, there must be pressure to sensors so the water sensor That Will Be ordered to the electronic circuit to run the washer motor. and water level sensors related to the process, from the wash, rinse and drain / spin. it runs sequentially.

Why will my washer not spin in the rinse cycle

Because you have e too much soap and froth in the machine. The level sensor thinks is is still not full of water make sure that you don't over soap the machine and clearly ensure a filter is not blocked in the pump trap down the borrow of the front panel under the little door opening. Open this up and clear all obstacles . Good luck.

Remove power for a while and allow the machine to reset. Now it is important that the drain pump be removed and checked to see if there is any dirt trapped and causing the pump to overload. Also check the inlet flow , if low it must be removed and backflushed to improve the flow. The door swithch must be checked as also the water level switch. Make sure that after removing the panel that the connections to the program module is intact. Finally check the motor drive , check for free movement of the agitator, if not check this assembly , the belt, bearings and the shaft.

The washing is coming out very wet, like it hasnt been spun, and sometimes the door will not open and you have to put it on an extra spin cycle or wash it again so it "finishes" and lets you open...

these are normally fantastic machines.
the metal flapping about does not sound good all the same, possible the drum is beyond repair........first of all get a basin and and put the waste hose down into it. this will siphon the water out of the machine and allow you to open the door. when you get the water out check the filter for a blockage. if you find plastic shards( grey color) in filter you will need a new machine im afraid.

I have a Bosch Maxx 1000 Washing machine and it seems to be stopping just before spin dry and flashing end. Door won't open so I need to turn to spin or drain to complete cycle. Today the spin cycle...

this is because the water can't evacuate . check the pump trap filter and make sure there are no blockages. you will probably find water still i the machine when this happens. There might be a blockage up in the hose pipe before the pump. Good luck

Won't spin

Ok the must be empty to spin. Make sure the water has all gone. Any way clean out the pump trap behind the little door at the bottom front. I assume it is a fron load . you haveny\t said what type of machine have you? Thats like saying my car wont start but what type of car is it? Once the water hs gone try spin ing the machine dry on a spin only cycle. If it wont spin then the motor brushes should be checked. You might have to remove rthe motor fort this Call for assistanve when you get this far.Good luck

I cannot open the washer door---the cycle if off. The machine is full of clothes. HELP

Hi, welcome to fixya. If your washer is indeed a WFL2060, this is how to first get any water out which may prevent the door from opening and failing draining it manually allowing the door to open, how to open it manually. **Unplug the washer from the dryer or wall, or turn off the 30amp breaker at the home service first** 1) Open the small square plastic door at the right bottom of the washer. You will see a small red loop with a string. That is for manually opening the door if you pull it...but you'll want to drain the water out first, so... 2) Via the small hose drain any access water from the pump...this is where a wet/dry shop-vac comes in handy, or a shallow pan with a few towels works as well. 3) Then turn the pump insert/button trap counter clock-wise and pull out. Clean the trap out thoroughly running it under hot water and mild soap or your washer detergent and inspect inside the pump for any other foreign objects/obstructions. 4) Re-install the lint trap insuring it is good and snug/tight. Before closing up the small access door, run a short rinse spin cycle to check for leaks. Let me know how you make out, or if you require further assistance. Thank you for visiting "fixya", please take a moment to rate the info provided for you here. Good luck. macmarkus :)

Washer will not spin out water but turns during wash cycle

Try cleaning out the trap. It is located under the door and can be accessed be removing three screws at the base in the very front of the washer. The trap is white and screws to open. Watch out though, because if the washer is full of water it will come spilling out! With the trap removed, you should also use your finger to feel the opening of the pump to the side. I found a few bobby pins in my pump, and once they were removed it worked again!.

Im having trouble with my maytag neptune tl washer it wont finish the spin cycle

Please see the following Whirlpool / Maytag service manual for Neptune washers.$FILE/Maytag_Neptune_Washer.pdf

On page 3-1 the manual explains that if the washer shuts off during the spin cycle, the problem points to a weak spring in the door lock mechanism.

"Shuts OFF In The Middle Of The Spin Cycle:
During the spin cycle, the machine control
monitors the door lock mechanism to ensure
the door is locked. This is done through the
door lock enable switch. During "lock mode,"
the shaft of the door lock mechanism is
pressed forward by the door lock wax motor,
and the shaft presses in the button of the door
lock enable switch. If the machine control
board sees the switch OPEN during the spin
cycle, the machine control board will automatically
shut the washer OFF. This is caused
by a weak spring in the door lock wax motor.
Replace the complete door lock mechanism.

How do i enter service mode?

I had the same problem and here is what solved the issue.
In the front of the machine under the door is a panel. Take off the 3 screws holding panel on. You will see a white looking plug, this is your drain trap. Unscew it 3 or 4 times then pull it out and clean it. If the washer is not draining properly it will not go into a high spin or appear to not work properly. You may want to get something to catch the water that will come out when you open the drain trap.
Good Luck!
