After attempting five times of wrong password, you've to wait for 20 seconds to try another attempt. At that time there will be one option "forgot password". Choose that option, it'll ask for your registered email id and password. By login the email, you can easily login the same

Just keep trying. From certain countries Yahoo blocks all login attempts, because 99% of them are attempted break-ins. But if you try a few times it will usually work.

Usually the "Login" or "Logon" is found in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Next to it you may find "Register" next to it. Most of the time you have to register if you haven't been to the website in the past. Click on Register or Login and answer the questions you are asked.

it seems someone tried to hack your site by brute forcing. so site's blocked that account for some time. try after some hours and you will be able to login

Login to what? You really shouldn't post your number on the internet.

It means somebody is trying to access to your account & made few failed attempts. But no worries, it's a normal security precaution which will eventually locked the account to prevent the unauthorized user from getting in successfully. This lock down usually will last 24hours after the failed attempts made by the unauthorized user.
Go to this main Yahoo! logging site & insert the correct ID & password of your account. The first attempt may prove failure, second attempts will lead you to the "word verification system" which is to make sure that you are not "bots". Follow all those procedures provided by Yahoo!. 48hours after visiting that Yahoo! main logging site, your account should return as normal. Link : http://login.yahoo.com/config/login

**NOTE: Remember to clear out your ID every time signing out of any sites that preserve your personal informations such as Facebook, Yahoo! Messenger @ Mail & etc. to prevent them from being hack or so.

Try resetting your browser and also check whether the time & date on your computer is correct.

Have you tried to reset your password? try this and then attempt to log in.... If you really cant u may need to start a new account.... hope this helps!
