Question about Nintendo DSi White Console
This is basically a bootloader error. In other words the chip that holds the data that tells your DSi what to do when you turn it on has become corrupted. Sometimes you may get lucky and restarting it continuously may bring it back to life but it will only happen again. If it is still under warranty send it back to Nintendo for repair, it should be covered.
Hope this helps
