Question about AOC 193FW LCD Monitor
It seems that recently your city got a lot of rainfall and a lot of moisture in the air. Who asked you to open your monitor. Kindly don't try to open it. This is just the moisture issue and can be settled down easily. In my organisation recently I've got such 25 units for repair and most of them were ok after I hot blow on the menu keys. few did not got ok till i took a common pin and inserted in the menu button at 5 o clock. You can try it and let me know if its ok or not. I will provide you further assistance as of now 4 more units with same condition are lying with me.

Unplug the power to the monitor and wait 5 minutes. If the OSD is still on then scroll to exit and hit the menu button.

You mean the OSD menu? That sounds like a loose solder joint. The button when pressed closes the cicruit and performs that particular action. What is happening here is that due to bad solder joint the button is pressing itself and hence you see the OSD menu. I have seen this problem a couple of times before. If you have good soldring skills you can probably handle this yourself.

Tips for a great answer:

I have dual AOC i2553ph monitors. One day I came into work and notice one of them had a single vertical white line moving slowly back and forth across the screen that looked like a scan or radar function. I reset the monitor from the OSD and all is well again. Use "Extra > reset" from the OSD on AOC monitors.
