Check your hard drive it may be getting full
2. check with your ISP there may be a throughput issue at the server.
3. Certification ?? has nothing to do with connectivity unless the sites certificate has expire or your clock on the PC is incorrect.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Windows doesn't need a certificate to logon to the router.

It may need one to logon to a web page.

Check by accessing another web page.

Cant log in to face book certificate not allowed

Check the date/time on your computer, because "certificates" have both a "start-date" and an "end-date". If your computer's date is "outside" of those dates, then the certificate will not be accepted.

Connecting to network
The exact error message should be:
"Windows was unable to find a certificate to log you
on to the network [SSID]"
Google shows 37 hits with this exact phrase.
This is caused by setting the encryption to WPA-RADIUS instead of
WPA-PSK on the client radio. Both the router and the client are
trying to find a RADIUS server with which to authenticate your system.
Switch the encryption to WPA-PSK (pre-shared key) on both ends and it
will work.
