Why is water pouring out the soap dispenser of my Electrolux front loader washing machine

Possibly a part blocked water feed pipe from bespencer to drum check that it's free

Water coming out of soap tray and running down the front of the machine

Your soap tray and/or inlet is probably blocked with undissolved powder. Remove the tray and clean it. Also clean the inlet tube from the tray into the washing machine with hot water.
I, personally don't like soap powder and use a liquid or tablets because washers nowadays tend to use cold water only so doesn't fully dissolve the powder. Also the outlet to drain gets blocked along with the underground pipe to the mains sewage.

Not pumping out water

Most likely cause is a blocked drain hose. With water in machine try removing the drain hose from where it joins the house drainage (connection to waste under sink or pipe that is specifically for WM.) Put this in a bowl and lower bowl to floor. If water runs out the drain hose is not blocked, if no water runs then the hose is blocked. If water runs then the pump is either broken or blocked - when it should be pumping if it makes a noise then it is not broken.

To unblock the hose or pump - drain the water from the machine (there should be a small pipe hidden behind a front cover at the bottom of the machine put this in a bowl (it will be very slow.) Once drained you should be able to access the pump (it is really an impeller) this should have a screw on front, undo this and remove you should now be able to clean the pump housing. You can also check whether the hose is blocked by blowing down it or pouring water down it. If it is blocked then squeezing the corrugated part of the hose will free some of the blockage. Keep doing this until water can be poured down it. If you live in a hard water area then it would be worth while doing a very hot wash on a regular basis to removed undissolved soap from the machine.

Good Luck

Water pouring from soap dispencer digital screen on mashine says H20 have drained water from pump hose at the bottom of the machine at the front

Hi from Englishman in SW France @ 18:55 Sun evening.

Although I do not know your particular machine water from soap dispenser is mostly caused by blocked tray(s).
Remove dispenser either by pulling almost out and 1) pushing down on the plastic flap at the middle back or 2) by pressing spring underneath or 3) by pulling out and lifting upwards- whichever your machine needs.
Clean really thoroughly, especially the conditioner tray and pipe contained in it- often well blocked by mixture of powder and conditioner (ours often is- I blame my wife....but don't tell her!)

The next thing- 'have drained water from pump hose at the bottom of the machine at the front'
makes me think that either 1) the drain motor lint tray/filter is blocked- which you should be able to remove and clean (if you haven't already done so by your draining action) or 2) the drain motor is malfunctioning. Normally it's the former.

Hopefully both these actions should cure both the problems.
Good luck,

John C

Fujitsu split system air con leaking inside the house from the unit

The drain pipe must be plugged up or bent. Lift cover of unit and look for water in the tray, find drain hole and remove obstruccion inserting a piece of wire. Be gentle and careful. After the water in the tray drains out, pour a glass of water in the tray to rinse it out and make sure the drain pipe is completely clear.

While you are at it, clean the air filter of the unit.

Good Luck

Neff Dishwasher won't drain

I've had this problem a couple of times with my dishwasher. In both cases, the cause was a shard of broken glass that had managed to get past the filters and jam itself underneath the impellor. Hard to see, but easy to fix. First ladle out the water.
Pull off the lower rotor arm, unscrew the filter and take out the filter bowl, tray and cylindrical filter. Get as much water as you can out of the filter cavity.
Then, using a Torx-20 driver, remove the screw holding the impellor cover and lift the cover off. (this is the small bit of plastic at the left end of the filter cavity.) Check whether the impellor can rotate freely by spinning it with your finger several times - if it jams or grinds, then there's probably something jammed under it. (It may seem to be fine at first, so do check thoroughly, as any debris can move around with the water flow and only jam occasionally) You may have to use a cocktail stick or similar to poke out anything that's stuck underneath.
Glass is a particular problem, since it's almost impossible to see when there's any water around (it's easy to cut yourself too!)

Anyway, that's worked twice for me now - and I didn't have to even move the machine out of its cupboard to fix it.
Hope that helps.

Water Leak

I have th same problem, apparently a possible cause could be a partially blocked pump filter. Just trying to get infoon where this is and how to get to it though.
