Everytime i click the button to take a photo it turns itself off

How do you reset factory settings? How do you replace cells?

Reset the factory settings...and replace the cells.....sud be wrking fyn after resetting to default factory settings..

Image Size
The image size and quality setting determines the number of photos that can be saved and the amount of
memory required for each photo. The higher the photo quality the more memory it will use up. The image size
and quality will also affect the maximum size you can print your photo effectively. To set the Image size:
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Press Right/Left button to select the Image Size mode.

3. Press the Up/Down button to select the desired image size.
4. Press the Menu button to confirm, save and exit to standby mode.
If this still doesn't work, press the menu button twice.

Faulty power button finepix


The on/off and picture buttons are run from a little ribbon strip that fits under the main pcb. I have pics to help you. Just click on "THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW " In the tips & tricks section for my email address.

its the hanging of ur cam's software..it can b solved by the technicians itself..so don dave ur hand in solving it..it may b due virus from ur memeory card..so rush to the service center..don get the product spoiled more..it wont cost u much for repiaring also..

Elaine, did you accidentally hit the "Disp." button on the back of your camera (upper left button, just below the mode selection wheel). This button turns the LCD screen on or off while taking pictures to save batteries.

Olympus Stylus Powers itself off


the power on button is located under de lens slyding thing, therefore probably is broken or just need to be glued to do that u will need to open the camera. the other u will need to replace a small battery on the mainboard. good luck
