THIS I HAVE SOLVED ON MY OWN HP9700 LAPTOP. GO TO INTERNET OPTIONS>ADVANCED TAB AND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE YOU WILL SEE A BUTTON TO "RESET INTERNET EXPLORER TO DEFAULT SETTINGS". THIS WILL CLEAR YOUR PROBLEM WITH IE. IT WILL GO BACK TO ITS SETTINGS BEFORE THE FREEZES. I HAVE USED THIS AND IT WORKS GREAT. SEE IF THIS DOESN'T CLEAR YOUR PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK.

SOURCE: my autocad 2011 is not
Try this first:
Uninstall and Reinstall the Visual C++ 2005 and 2008 redistributables. Restart the computer and try it again.
If that doesn't work:
Try using the repair option on the install software.
If that doesn't work:
Uninstall autocad completely, restart the comp, reinstall autocad.
Also what version of 2011 do you have? Student Edition or just the regular one?

Chromes bookmarks come on two forms. Main bookmarks are in the upper panel. When the star is clicked a pop up box should appear prompting you to enter the folder which you would like the tab. If this isn't happening you should contact Google as chrome is a work in progress and you may be experiencing a glitch.
Google's help requires users to post in their help forum: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Chrome?hl=en
Something you can try (not a fix but might work until you find the problem) is to create your bookmarks in another browser and importing them into chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96816
I know I'm not directly helping you but I hope this can at least get your search headed in the right direction.

and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Download

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome.
Unlike Internet Explorer they install in less than 5 minutes and they are
faster and safer than Internet Explorer.
Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download Mozilla Firefox" (without the quotes). Download and Install Mozilla Firefox from Mozilla's website. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome.
I've put the links of each one below so if you like you can just click on them to go to their site to do the download and install.
