Question about Frigidaire Dryers
Repairs should be performed by an authorized servicer. insure that the door is properly closed unplug the unit and perform a continuity check on the door switch. if the door switch is ok reconnect the door switch and plug the unit to the power supply. if the problem still exists then you have a control issue. be sure to call your nearest service center to schedule for a repair. have your model and serial number available.

So my husband figured it out. We took out the book in the back and then took out the push button and we figured out that the switch inside was melted and it wasn't reading that the door was closed. He unstuck the switch and it worked again!!! Thanks anyways for your help!!

most likely the evenheat board is bad, but it could be the motor relay, get under the console and check the trouble shooting wiring diagram. there are several checks you can do to narrow it down.

Open the door and remove the screws holding down the top. Then raise the top and you can get to the screws holding the front on. Get the front out and then the drum can come out so you can clean that guy out and replace that belt. How about some repair PHOTOS?
