Question about Konka Televison & Video
You may have a bad ground on the horizontal transformer. This is a common occurence on any brand. Somewhere there is an open solder ground and they may be almost anywhere. Look at the soldering under the flybackout, the soldering on the vertical IC and the soldering on the horizontal output transistor. Pay attention to any and all ICs soldered to a heat sink or cooling fins. These are high heat areas and must be inspected very closely! And check out those high power resistor grounds. I think just a good soldering will restore your TV. Thanks for asking!
