you have a blown capacitor on the motherboard use a voltimeter to find and replace it parts are very cheap from maplin at around 70 pence each

The SMPS transformer you are searching for is very difficult to get. Just try to get its power board and replace it.

What exactly are you needing instructions for? A bike is just a static frame with a bunch of aftermarket stuff hung on it.

Everything on a bike is found on just about any other brand of bike and the individual components are usually documented at the manufacturers

You could just place a small fan at the back of the monitor to cool it.

The code that worked for me was 135.

The totally white screen and no On Screen Display / Menu indicates your monitor is definitely faulty. Unfortunately the only solution is to have the monitor repaired, or buy a new monitor. If the monitor is still under warranty, the manufacturer should replace or repair it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news :(

If you know someone that is technically experienced and is willing to try, replacing the logic board is fairly simple assuming you can find an exact replacement. I suggest searching google for AL1916W video board or logic board, you might find an electronics store that carries the part, or you might find one on eBay.

I have one and have been told the main board is not working.
