It depends on the air temp in the home. But you should be getting about a 12-15 degree difference between the return and supply Temp. So if your room temp is 78°F then expect about 63°F supply temp.

check the fuse-able links at the battery positive terminal they are for the head lights.check for broken or loose wires at the terminal.
