The procedure to uninstall a programme or application is to go to the control panel find the programme name click onto it and click uninstall. This should uninstall it.Sometimes windows can't uninstall files because it can't find the file or it been changed or it's somewhere else on the hard disc.

Alright, here's a potential solution for you:

1) Take the wireless adapter out of your computer.

2) Open the Control Panel, then click System, then access the Device Manager.

3) Click View, and then Show Hidden Devices.

4) The wireless card should be visible under the Network Adapters heading, and it probably has some icon on it to tell you there's a problem (the problem is you took the card out).

5) Right-click on the device and select Properties.

6) Uninstall the driver.

Also, some drivers show up in the Programs and Features (formerly Add/Remove Programs) menu in the Control Panel, so that's another possible way to remove the driver. Good luck!

Removing the utility

Do this....

Uninstall the whole program. You should see an icon next to the zoom adaptor in your programs when you press the start button to uninstall it.

If you don't you will have to go into the control panel. Select add/remove programs. Look for it in the list and unistall it that way.

Restart your computer.

Plug the wireless adaptor in your computer and let the computer scan for the drivers. It may need the CD that came with the adapter but don't load anything else off of the CD.
