Hi,blank screen display are usually caused by, flex or a damaged screen.

The flex is can be found inside the phone and it enable screen display.

Secondly,when you test for flex,also check the screen.to be sure is not from the screen.

take out the ac adapter/charger and the battery from the notebook and hold the power button for 30 sec

Hi,
It may be with flex cable you can replace the flex cable is there's a same problem with your phone.
Somethimes, If LCD burned out,.If your contract is less than a year call your service provider,they replace it for free.
