Question about Logitech Webcam
Make sure you have the logitech webcam support software loaded - Microsoft DirectX - version 9 or later.
If you have been using your webcam in another location it can remain hooked up that application even if you exit it correctly.
You will have to re-boot the webcam software by unplugging it for a couple of seconds and then restart the logitech toolbar.
Failing this - reinstall the software
Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"
In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to download Microsoft DirectX 9 or later to support your webcam
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.
