Question about Nextar Q3 GPS Receiver
Hi. ou should try to reset the unit.
To reset first switch off the unit then Disconnect the unit from power supply/batteries then disconnect any other units connected to it, after that Leave it disconnected for 30 minutes. It should reset itself then start again. ---------- the other procedure to reset is ------------- press the power button on the front of the unit until it shows the logo screen (about 1 second).the unit will then reset. It takes about 55-60 seconds total to restart and, best of all, the RAM contents including the registry are all intact after it reboots. try both procedure if the first one does not help.
This will help. Joe

Try removing the memory card and check whether your issue is resolved, If it is resolved then you'll need to clear the data from the SD memory card. If the issue is still unresolved then you'll need to press the "Reset" button or push the stylus into the "Reset" hole, to see if the navigation software can load successfully. If the program still does not load, then the software may be corrupted. Also, if the internal memory fails to read or write and the software cannot load properly, it is caused by hardware failure. Connect the GPS reciever with the computer and then disconnect the wire after the device has been identified.
Hope this helps... If it does please do not forget to accept the solution or post back for assistance.
