Sky plus stays on red all the time

I have bought a Sky plus second hand box and the power light stays on red all the time. I can here the 80gig hd drive is not in good condition. It takes times to start and i need to change the 80 gig HD. How can I open the Box? what type of screwdriver i will need to open? I tried with alan-keys but i couldnot open the back cover. any help or sugession please

you need to buy a security torx screw driver,

(diamond head with a hold in the middle)

I think it uses a T8 or T9
