question, it is impossible for us to accurately determine the cause of
the problem you have encountered. At this time, we suggest that you send
your camera directly into us for an evaluation. Please send (preferably
via FedEx or UPS for tracking purposes) to the following address:

In the packaging please include a copy of your receipt and/or proof of
purchase and a note with your name, address, and a daytime phone number.

hi, when you drop it , it broke the color chips sensor , to make it repair , the coast it always arround 125.00 and + , so i sujest , your can try your waranty or buying brand new , ( factorydirect.ca ) they have good price yvon chow !!!

your shutter is not closing over the lens completely. try taking video, that should be ok. your lens will have to be stripped down to clean the shutter

You have over exposed pictures due to the shutter sticking.
The video is the clue to the problem. It doesn't use the shutter.
Shutter needs to be cleaned. This is no easy task im afraid
