Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
You need to install the software. When it asks, you then connect the printer, it should detect it and you can start to use it.
Are you using the correct drivers/software for your Operating system.
What version of windows are you using, is the software compatable with it?
Here is a link to the support/download page, just choose your OS download and install
It says to use the Windows Vista drivers for Windows 7
