Tips for a great answer:
You may not have the Dell PD Restore by Symantec utility
on your 2350, this is install on Dimension systems shipped after 7.16.04.
An other way to tell, is to check Disk Management and see if there's a small 2.5 to 4gb second partition on the hard drive.
If you do have the small partition try this, it may work,
