Question about Dishwashers
This means the drain is not working properly or the inlet valve is leaking past the disphrag. The former is 99 percent the possible reason. Remove the hose from the drain spiggot under the sink and check that there is not a stoppage there. Next remove the filters form the sump and check no blockages. After that the pump may need removing to see if there is any reason why it may be not working properly. Remember some water remains in the sump under the filter, but should not be vivible above the filter. Good luck
