That could be several things, but to me the most likely is that your thermistor is caked with grease - somewhat shorted as opposed to open. By contrast, when the thermistor is open, the classic symptom is that the coolling fan runs more than it should. The other most likely possibilities include the damper motor or switch or control panel. You should be able to get any needed parts at Tritronics at http://www.wehaveparts.com You can find critical safety & disassembly info in the serice manual or at our Web site. We have the actual service manual for that model on our site at http://www.microwavedisplay.com/R930AKAW.pdf (if that URL fails try http://22.214.171.124/mwd/R930AKAW.pdf) Post back if you wish.

SOURCE: microwave turntable won't turn
You will have to take it out and then take off the outer cover to expose the drive system for the turntable unless the items turns with the turntable removed. If it does then (and if it is belt driven) the belt may be worn and slipping. Anyway you look at it the cover has to come off to see what is happening.

Likely takes a torx wrench or some other special star tool to open it.
Could be a bad relay a bad mag tube or a bad timmer or a bad door switch. Needs to be trouble shooted. You have to get it open and check the fuses and test the voltage on the pri transformer first.
