i have a motorola RIZR Z3, that i got from hong kong. i am in New Zealand, and the internet doesn't work. it says the data server is unavailable. how can i resolve this issue

-   I also bought a rizr from hong kong (as a replacement because I cracked the LCD screen on my old one) via ebay and cannot get either the internet or mms to work. I am on vodafone live and I know this can be activated on this phone as my old one used to work. I just can't find out what settings need to be changed.-   mou5e
